Description
Collector and exhibition model!
May not be used as head protection despite the homologated attachments used (HANS-Clips, visor)
This special collector's item is Mick Schumacher's special version of his first helmet as an official Formula 1 driver, which he wore at the Belgian Grand Prix in Spa-Francorchamps. The paintwork is a tribute to his father Michael, who contested his first Formula 1 race at the same venue exactly 30 years ago in 1991.
The carbon helmet shell used for this model is the same shape that was used to produce Mick Schumacher's original racing helmet. Thus, the replica helmet is not only identical visually, but also in terms of shape. The only difference between the replica helmet and the original is the use of fewer layers of carbon matting and the fact that the shell does not comply with the homologation for racing applications. The other add-on parts and materials are identical to Mick Schumacher's racing helmet.
The "Jens Munser Designs" (JMD) team is responsible for the paintwork. The JMD team has been producing high-quality, hand-painted collector's items since 1995 and specialises in individual helmet designs for racing.
With a signature of Mick Schumacher on the visor and a signed JMD certificate, this masterpiece, limited to 30 pieces, belongs to the royal class of collector's items.
