The Michael Schumacher Ferrari F1 Spain GP 1996 miniature helmet in 1/2 scale.
In the 1996 Formula 1 season, two-time world champion Michael Schumacher competed for Scuderia Ferrari for the first time. For the Ferrari team, which was reorganising itself after a 10-year unsuccessful lean period, signing Schumacher was a real stroke of luck.
At the legendary Spanish Grand Prix in 1996, Schumacher showed an impressive performance at the Circuit de Catalunya near Barcelona. In pouring rain, he outclassed the competition and took his first victory for Ferrari. From then on he was nicknamed the "Rain God" - a superlative that Schumi was to prove throughout his long and successful career.
To celebrate this historic victory, Michael Schumacher's helmet from back then is now being reissued in a reduced scale and in a special edition.
The miniature helmet from the manufacturer Bell is an exclusive replica that appears for the first time in this form and is unparalleled. The paintwork combines the personal Michael Schumacher World Champion design in blue and white with the colours of the German flag in black/red/gold and the Ferrari branding.
